This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Computergestuurd borduren
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Geautomatiseerd borduren is wanneer het borduren wordt gedaan met behulp van geautomatiseerde ontwerpen. Het is ook in de volksmond bekend als machinaal borduren of computergestuurd borduren. Met de computer gemaakt motief wordt vervolgens gebruikt om het motief automatisch of halfautomatisch op de stof of ander materiaal te naaien. Borduurmachines zijn speciaal ontworpen om de door de computer gemaakte tekeningen of ontwerpen te vertalen naar mooie decoratieve steken op de stof.
